Accessibility
Please ensure that the products that you purchase will fit in your home. It is extremely important to measure any areas of the house that the delivery team will pass through to get to your room of choice. If the delivery team experience issues due to items not fitting in the home there will be a failed delivery and collection charge
Delivery
Delivery schedules will be confirmed once the products are ready and the courier has been confirmed. If you require assembly or collection of a disposal item upon delivery please alert our team when placing your order and be advised there is an additional cost for both services.
Failed Deliveries:
If for any reason you are unavailable to accept delivery on your confirmed delivery date and we are not informed within 48 hours and the delivery fails, there will be a restocking charge.
Fabric sample requests:
Our products are all upholstered in a high quality fabric with a variety of different colours and fabrics. We strongly advise customers to request a fabric sample prior to placing an order to ensure you are happy with every aspect of your order.
Our fabric samples are free of charge also.
