Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout and also the product which has been purchased. All delivery times are stated in the description for every individual product.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from hyderliving.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@hyderint.com or 01484 531000 to obtain a return authorization. We cannot accept returns without a return authorization.
  2. Package your item: Please package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship your item: Ship your item: Once your authorization has been confirmed we will arrange collection of your items which will incur a collection charge of £60 to be paid by the customer. Collection will not be arranged until payment is made.
  4. Refund or exchange: Once we receive your item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. If you prefer a refund, we will credit the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you. Please note exchanges will have a delivery charge which will be confirmed when we are informed of the exchange

Please note the following:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

We cannot accept returns on final sale items, customized items, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
